Program Officer

Program Associate

OPERATIONS

FOUNDATION

Our operations team supports key organizational functions that make our grant making and workplace effective. Each plays a key role in hospitality, grant systems management, partner troubleshooting, payments, and workplace functionality.


Veronica Herrera (she/her)

Office Administrator

Tyler Hobbs (he/him)

President

Sr. Director, Operations

Director, Grant Programs

Foundation Board of Trustees

As family foundation, our Board members are Marie’s family and help to inform our vision, strategy, and impact in Oregon & Washington State.

Sally Bany, Chair

Sally co-founded the Marie Lamfrom Charitable Foundation with her late husband Dave Bany. Today, Sally serves as the Chair of our Board and guides vision, strategy, and Foundation values.

Rachael Bany

As our primary staff liaison and the great-granddaughter of Marie, Rachael contributes high-level leadership and vision for our work, directing our Mission and strategy.

Annie Bany

An entrepreneur and the great-granddaughter of Marie, Annie understands and embodies the creativity and family values that built the Foundation.
